How to Connect Blackweb Headphones & Earbuds to Bluetooth

by Josh Kirschner on February 08, 2019

Blackweb are a brand of inexpensive headphones and earbuds sold by Walmart. If you're having trouble figuring out how to connect your Blackweb headphones to Bluetooth, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on pairing mode for your Blackweb headphones
  2. Find your Blackweb headphones on your phone or laptop and pair them
  3. Confirm successful pairing
  4. Troubleshoot your Bluetooth connection.

1. Turn on pairing mode for your Blackweb headphones

Blackweb headphones and earbuds typically share the same button for Power On/Off and Bluetooth pairing. If you press and hold the button for two seconds, the headphones will power on and you'll see a flashing blue light. Hold the button for five seconds and you'll see the light alternately flash between red and blue — this indicates the headphones are now in pairing mode.

2. Find your Blackweb headphones on your phone or laptop and pair them

Android. Go to Settings and turn on Bluetooth. In Bluetooth click “Pair new device”. When you see your Blackweb headphones come up in the list, tap it and it should be paired with your phone.

iPhone. Go to Settings and then Bluetooth. Turn on Bluetooth. Look for your Blackweb headphones under “OTHER DEVICES” and tap on it to connect.

MacOS. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Bluetooth. Select your Blackweb headphones from the list, then click Connect. If asked, click Accept.

Windows 10. Open “Bluetooth & other devices” in the System Settings either by clicking on your Bluetooth button in the tool bar and selecting “Show Bluetooth devices”. If the Bluetooth button is hidden, you'll find it under the upward arrow on the task bar at the bottom of your display (see below).

When the Add a device window comes up, click “Bluetooth”. Look for your Blackweb headphones in the list and tap on it to connect. Alternatively, search for “Bluetooth” in your Windows search box. When the Bluetooth & other devices window comes up, make sure Bluetooth is on then click “Add Bluetooth or other device” and select your device from the list.

3. Confirm successful pairing

When you have successfully paired your Blackweb headphones to your phone or laptop, the LED on your headphones will stop blinking and you should hear an audio confirmation that your device is paired (either a tone or voice confirmation).

4. Troubleshooting your Bluetooth connection

If you have followed the steps above and your device still isn’t pairing, try the steps in our detailed guide on how to fix Bluetooth pairing problems.

And if you're ready to ditch your Blackweb headphones entirely, take a look at our pick for the best Bluetooth headphones under $50.

I have my earphones paired with my Galaxy S10 and for some reason it will not let me give a command unless my phone speaker is right next to me. If I’m away from my phone and my earphones are connected to my phone it will not work. What am I doing wrong. But I can hear my music. I just can’t give commands using them

Have you tried pairing another pair of Bluetooth headphones to the TV to see if the same thing happens? That may help narrow down whether it is an issue with the TV’s Bluetooth or the Blackweb earbuds. My assumption is that this is most likely an issue with the connection between the two getting interrupted and the TV reverting back to its internal sound rather than trying to reestablish Bluetooth.

I have been trying to get my blackweb wireless earphones to work on my work laptop. It doesn’t pick up the sound from the mic and I can’t hear anything. They are paired and everything says they are working correctly. They work on my smart phone but I can’t seem to get it working on the laptop. Any ideas?

In your Windows sound settings (Settings > System > Sound) what does it list as your input device after your earphones are paired? Are the earbuds one of the options?

The Blackweb headphones shouldn’t require a PIN. If it is asking for one, power off and then hold for 5 seconds when you power on to reset the pairing connection. See if that works. You may also need to “forget” the headphones first on your computer and then try.

My headphones were working at night then I went to sleep. When I woke back up I tried to connect them but I didn’t hear it turn on. I then proceeded to look at my phone and it said the headphones were connected.

I had gotten a pair of Blackweb Sports-In Ear earbuds back in December. They’ve been working for months then suddenly only one ear works. I unpaired then paired it to my phone again. I reset the headset and the right is still the only ear working.

No matter how much I try, the right and left earbuds are not pairing. They’re both connecting to my phone but only playing from one side (the last one that connects)
Need some help on how to connect them both so I can connect it to my phone.

Thanks in advance

My earbuds won’t respond to (Turn off button) or (volume buttons), They ONLY respond to turning them ON, after that, nothing…

They Pair just fine, no issues there and sound great, but I have to raise volume/ff/rw, using my phone because the earbud buttons won’t work…

After use, I literally have to UNPAIR to disconnect from my Android MOTO, because I cant physically turn them OFF (the OFF button won’t work either)...

This sounds less like a pairing issue and more like a physical or firmware problem with your earbuds. If they are new, I would return them or get them repaired under warranty if you can’t return them. Otherwise, you may need to toss them unless someone else out there has experienced a similar issue and found a solution.

Thank you for your help. Holding the power button down for 5 seconds while the headphones are off allowed me to connect my headphones to my phone.

My headphones are sitting next to the phone, the light is slowly flashing red and blue. There are no devices because it is a new phone. There is a history of these headphones to not connect to a new device. How do I fix it.
